KRUPP SHIELD EPOXY PRIMER

Description :

Zinc Phosphate based, poly amid self priming coat. Excellent adhesion to most of the metals. Excellent chemical resistant to PH 5 to PH 9. Excellent adhesion to epoxy and polyurethane hence ideal choice as primer.


 

TYPICAL PROPERTIES & USES:

• COLOUR : Reddish Brown

• FINISH : Glossy/Matt

• CURING

Surface dry : 3 Hrs.

Hard dry : 18 Hrs.

Full Cure : 150 hrs.

Over Coat : after 18 Hrs.

• DRYING : Air drying paint.

• APPLICATION : Brush or air less spray.

• NON VOLATILE MATTER : min 55%.

• COVERAGE : 6-8 Sq. Mtr. @ 50 micron thick

• SCRATCH HARDNESS : No such scratch as to show the bare surface

• FLEXIBILITY AND : No visible damage or detachment of the film

ADHESION

• WATER/ACID/ALKALY/OIL : No Effect in mild applications.

• SHELF LIFE : One Year

• WATER IMMERSION : No effect after immersion for 360 Hours

• USE : Suitable on any type of surface. Simply clean

the surface and apply the paint on the surface.

It can be tinted by universal stainers.

KRUPP RUST CONVERT

KRC - 01


Description :

Rust convert is Bio-degradable, Non-flammable, Echo friendly, Non-toxic, Water based polymer system. Reactive polymer reacts with the inner surface of rust and attains a passivited state without losing the strength of metal. Rust convert when applied on surface changes to dark brown to blackish colored protective coating.

• COLOUR : Off White

• FINISH : Blackish Brown after curing

• CURING

Surface dry : 3 Hrs.

Over Coat : after 12 Hrs.

• DRYING : Air drying paint.

• APPLICATION : Brush or air less spray.

• Specific Gravity : 1.04 gm / cc

• PH Value : 4 to 5

• UV Resistant : +300 hours

• Coverage : 12-14 Sq. Mtr. @ 15 micr. thick per Ltr.

• Salt Spray Test : Passes 300 Hours

• WATER/ACID/ALKALY/OIL : No Effect in mild applications.

KSCHB - 01


Description :

High Build Epoxy Based System. Excellent adhesion to most of the metals. Excellent chemical resistant to most of the dilute chemicals. Excellent adhesion to epoxy and polyurethane. Can also directly applied over new treated surface without primer.


 

TYPICAL PROPERTIES :

• TYPE : Poly Amine Epoxy with aliphatic hardener

• COLOUR : Available in all shades

• FINISH : Glossy/Matt

• CURING

Surface dry : 3 Hrs.

Hard dry @ 25 C : 18 Hrs.

Full Cure @ 25 C : 7-8 days

Over Coat : after 18 Hrs.

Working Time @ 25 C : 30 Minutes

• DRYING : Air drying paint.

• APPLICATION : Brush or air less spray.

• Solid Content : 60-70 %

• COVERAGE : 6-7Sq. Mtr. @ 100 micron thick

• SCRATCH HARDNESS : No such scratch as to show the bare surface

• FLEXIBILITY AND : No visible damage or detachment of the film

Description :

Two Component Air Dry Polyurethane Base coat. Excellent adhesion to most of the metals. Excellent resistant to UV hence applied over exposed to sunlight. Excellent chemical resistant to most of the dilute chemicals. Excellent adhesion to epoxy and polyurethane.

Surface dry : 2 Hrs.

Hard dry @ 25 C : 10 Hrs.

Full Cure @ 25 C : 7-8 days

Over Coat : after 10 Hrs.

Working Time @ 25 C : 30 Minutes

• DRYING : Air drying paint.

• APPLICATION : Brush or air less spray.

• Solid Content : 50-60 %

• COVERAGE : 10 Sq. Mtr. @ 50 micron thick
