Epoxy based fast curing mortar system has excellent adhesion between old & New concrete. This system can also work on mild steel structure to achieve chemical resistance coating. The system cures within 5 - 6 hours which makes floor ready to use within 12 hours of application. Rapid repair has excellent chemical property and compressive strength three times higher than concrete.

Description :

Water based high gloss polyurethane based wall coating system is excellent UV resistance, Anti fungal and chemical resistance. The system is applied on any wall to unable water proof aesthetic coating. It is available in gloss and matt finish.

Description :

Water based water proofing system allows filling of hair line cracks on terrace, roof garden, sunken slabs and swimming pool . It also controls heat by giving impermeable layer on surface. This application does not require any removal of existing floor or wall portion hence easy to use and apply.

Application : • Water proofing of terrace, roof garden sunken slabs, swimming pools etc. • Heat resistance coating to terrace to provide cooling loss.

Description :

100% solvent free epoxy based high gloss coating. It has got excellent chemical resistance against most of the acids, alkalies. Seal Tech 100 is USDA approved for portable water use hence can be used in any water treatment plants. Available in various colors.

Application : • Protective coating for floor, equipments and parts. •Non absorbent protective coating to foundation against oil and Chemical spillage. • Can be used as single anti corrosive coating without applying Primer. • Coating and lining of portable storage tank, pipes etc.

RUST CONVERT

Description :

Rust convert is Bio-degradable, Non-flammable, Echo friendly, Non-toxic, Water based polymer system. Reactive polymer reacts with the inner surface of rust and attains a passavited state without losing the strength of metal. Rust convert when applied on surface changes to dark brown to blackish colored protective coating.

Application : • Anti corrosive treatment to all plant & machineries where cleaning is not feasible. • Coating to Towers, Pipelines, Cranes or heavy structures of Chemical, Cement, Power, Shipping Industries. • Primer coat to any structures before application of epoxy systems.
